You are responsible for maintaining account security. Use accurate information and notify us of suspicious activity.

3. Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow the policy described on our FAQ page. Access may be paused if payments fail.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or copy course materials outside license scope.
• Do not disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity.
• Respect instructors and peers; no harassment or discrimination.

5. Intellectual property

All content is owned by Studiora Verde or licensed partners. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or team training as purchased.

6. Disclaimers

Training is educational and provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes or suitability for a specific project. Construction carries risk; follow local codes and manufacturer instructions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studiora Verde is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected course(s).

8. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updates with effective dates.
